Trip to Ban Nan Kem,Thailand

We went there on the 11th to the 15th of june...this is a trip with many firsts in my life...first time on a plane,first time going to so rural and detacted a place,first time going on an OCIP trip and so on...doing the CIP involved teaching,but we did get to hv lotsa fun doing saikangs such as digging,throwing garbage(collected and disposed of in another place of course) and doing real fun thing like kayaking and playing wif the burmese kids there...get to learn how detached the life is thru personal experiencing sleeping on the floor of the CDC and stuff...tinking bak,i feel tat i totally do not regret going on tis trip...it opens my eyes to so many things i hv never known and could not hv known if i had not seen it myself...

however,1 thing tat hits me the hardest in tis place is how the burmese here are suffering...lek,the person who runs the activities in CDC,told mr chin many stories of how the burmese were discriminated as they were illigal immigrants and these stories were passed down to us...gets me tinking into how much they needed help to get out of tis poverty cycle...thus goes into me tinking of setting up a long term fund tat let us be able to sponser meals to the kids there...its still under thoughts,but i realli would like it to happen...the burmese there nids help,and as a student,tis is best we can give...

i do not hv much to write here actually...i keep the memories as pictures,not words...tis,to me,is the strongest of all memories...pictorial memories...here are some which i got from andrew:
